Service Fee: Rs 15,000 per NGO

• Fee includes name search and approval, ROC filing and preparation of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AA)
• We prefer New Delhi/NCR ROC for company registration and will use the same
• Fee does not include any specific fee to be paid to ROC for your specific set-up (if any)
